How much do your services cost?

Our services are based on an hourly rate that can range between $25-$40 per hour. We work with clients to determine the optimal number of hours needed.

How do you screen your Caregivers?

Our caregivers go through a rigorous face-to-face hiring interview and on boarding process. This includes interviews, background checks, reference checks, confirmation of credentials, special trainings, and in-services.
 
All caregivers must complete our training and pass the test for the following required skills:

- Personal Care Attendant
- Infection Control
- Homemaker
- Dementia
 
Additionally, all caregivers must undergo:

- Federal background
- DMV check
- Negative TB test
- Reference checks
- Sexual offender check
- Random drug testing
- Ongoing training programs
- Skills test & evaluation for proper placement
 
All caregivers are thoroughly trained and In-Home Angels is licensed, insured and bonded. Before arriving at a client’s home, all caregivers must sign a confidentiality agreement.

Do your caregivers speak English?

Yes, all of our care givers speak English. And, some even speak other languages as well..

Question 6

Do you take insurance?

Accepted Answer

While we are a private pay agency, some long term insurance companies will reimburse you for our fees. Each insurance policy is different. Check with your insurance agent.

Are your caregivers vaccinated for COVID?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all of our caregivers are COVID vaccinated. And if necessary, will wear a mask for the duration of their care visits.

Question 8

Do you care for household pets?

Accepted Answer

If there is a pet in the house that simply needs feeding we are happy to do that. However, we do not walk dogs without our patients participating.
