Our Services
Individualized Home Support (IHS)
We provide residential support services in which In-Home Angels staff assist individuals in their own home, a family home, and within the community. Services are guided by each person’s individualized plan of care and are designed to promote independence safely.
Personal Support
Providing respectful, hands-on support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care, while always prioritizing dignity, comfort, and privacy.
Individualized Day Support
Includes personalized support with daily living skills, engaging activities, community outings, hobbies, and socialization, along with gentle assistance with daily routines, care plans, and ensuring safety at home and in the community.
Care Coordination
We maintain open and ongoing communication with DDS case managers, families, and other providers, while delivering personalized support that is thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
